Client Satisfaction: Our well-trained staff is always available to answer any questions about our services or products. If at anytime you are unhappy with our services or our staff, please let us know. We want your visit with us to be pleasant, relaxing, and a memorable experience.
Non-Refundable Deposits: A small non-refundable deposit is required when scheduling any appointment (consultation/discussion or an actual procedure). Each appointment starts with a detailed consultation to understand client's needs, to complete necessary paperwork, to take pre-procedure pictures, and to discuss pricing. After this one-on-one consultation, the client may choose to proceed with the procedure during the same session. In this case, the non-refundable consultation fee would be applied towards the actual procedure (performed during the same session).
However, if a client decides not to proceed with the procedure during the same session for any reason (for example; time conflicts for technician or client, postponing procedure for a future date/weekend/holidays, financial reasons, would like to do more research before committing to the procedure, etc), the client would forfeit the non-refundable deposit. The non-refundable deposit would be applied towards the one-one-one consultation.
Cancellation and No-Shows: A 50% late cancellation or no-show charge will be accessed for any procedure not cancelled at least 48-hours in advance. For Friday appointments, a 72-hours notice is required. The penalty would be applicable to the regular service price (without any coupons or promotions).
Check-In: We suggest an arrival time of 15 minutes prior to your appointment to review your schedule and fill out the necessary paperwork.
Methods of payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Checks (repeat clients only), and Cash.
Gift Cards/Gifts Certificates: Gift Certificates and Gift cards are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash. The use of any specials, gift certificates, or coupons must be mentioned at the time of booking or will not be honored and an alternate form of payment must be used.
Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice.
Refunds: Since the services are non-returnable, and usually require the time and supplies, we do not offer refunds. If you are not satisfied with a service for any reason, please contact us; we would work with you in achieving the desired results.
Gratuity: Prices do not include gratuities. In appreciation to the staff for outstanding services, gratuities may be given at your discretion.
Cell Phones and Pagers: To preserve our peaceful environment for all, cell phones and pagers must be switched to vibrate upon entering.
Special Needs and Medical Conditions: Your life, health, and well-being are very important to us. Prior to receiving your service(s), please inform us about any special needs or medical conditions, pregnancy, hypertension, injuries, allergies, or disabilities. Talking with your therapist will help customize your service to ensure maximum enjoyment and benefits.
