You must make sure that the procedure is performed by someone who specializes in permanent makeup, and has plenty of experience. It must be provable through lots and lots of pictures and genuine customers' reviews. We do a lot of brows-correction procedures (to fix color and/or uneven shapes left by others), and this gets expensive - both financially and emotionally (embarrassing to be in public with bad brows).
