RESPONSE TO REVIEWS:
We had an appointment scheduled for your eyeliner service at 1:30pm on Jan 25 in Denton. A couple of hours after the appointment, you left negative review on at least 2 different platforms (Groupon and Vagaro). Let's analyze your review:

Untruthful about "prepared for service"
You had arrived unprepared for the service:
You had arrived unprepared for the service:
- You had not read the deal terms on Groupon voucher (one per customer) and had purchased two vouchers for yourself. Why was that?
- You had not even looked at the pre-procedure instructions (despite special request with links on Appointment page and in appointment confirmation email), and you showed up for eyeliner procedure with lash extensions. Eyeliner procedure should never be done with lash extensions. Like eyeliner, lips procedure needed to be rescheduled (due to your personal reason).
- You had not gone thru any information about Eyeliner or Lips procedures on the website (despite special request in appointment confirmation email). So we ended up spending almost 2 hours just in consultation.
- Prior to the appointment, you had inquired, "how long do appointments for permanent eyeliner take?" I had clarified in detail that each appointment is scheduled for 2.5 hours (including discussion, numbing and actual procedure). So you decided to schedule one 2.5 hours time slot online for two procedures (eyeliner and lips). After 2 hours of discussion, did you expect me to perform both services within 30 min including numbing your eyelids and lips?
No intent for a service? Sales Pitch? Really?
Did you honestly believe "there was no intent for a service to be done only to take Groupon money"? Do you really think, for over a decade, I have been in the business of talking to customers for 2 hours at a time so that I earn approximately $30 per voucher over 6 months (from Groupon) and the customer can request refund thereafter? Did my former clients leave over 1,000 reviews for me because they liked my accent?
I had another client scheduled after you who had driven all the way from Palestine TX (over 150 miles or 2.5 hours each way) for permanent makeup service. Should I have worked on your eyeliner instead (with lash extensions), and should I have asked her to drive back 150 miles without any service? Did you forget you had told me at the end of consultation that you would discuss the information with your husband and contact me to schedule appointment? Would you like me to upload the audio clip of our consultation/presentation as well?
I am glad you were satisfied with the information and stated the "presentation was thorough". Had you been prepared for the service by arriving without lash extensions (as stated in pre-procedure instructions) and had you gone thru the information on website (including Pricing), I didn't need to go thru the "sales pitch" and we would have started the procedure upon your arrival.

Why did you publicly lie about wasting money? Were you honest with Groupon?
By not arriving "prepared for a service", you took away a time slot of another client who could have been assisted in your place. Not to mention you wasted my time, since you received the presentation for 2 hours at no charge (as mentioned in next paragraph). If a business ever makes you wait (in the lobby or hallway) for 2 hours, perhaps you would understand the value of time. The pricing page shows the consultation costs $50, but reading anything is apparently not your strong suit. You had failed to read voucher limitations in Groupon deal, important instructions in appointment confirmation email, information on Appointment page (about pre-procedure instructions), pre-procedure instructions about no lash extensions, and anything that had to do with Eyeliner or Lips on Gold Permanent Makeup website.
What was your concern about "punctuality" that you gave me a generous 1 star for punctuality in Vagaro review?
How come you conveniently forgot to mention in your reviews (on both platforms) that you received a full refund for both of your vouchers from Groupon? Why did you lie about wasting your money? When requesting the refund from Groupon, were you honest (with Groupon) about not arriving prepared for the service and that you received a detailed presentation during your allotted time that your found to be thorough? Please be advised, since you received a full refund for the appointment, per your signed consent form, your profile has been updated with a balance of $50 that you owe to Gold Permanent Makeup and necessary collection attempt(s) would soon follow.

Did it all end after you left the negative reviews and received refund?
Unfortunately it did not end there! After the detailed consultation/presentation, you took pictures of the (presentation) pages and you left stating you would discuss the discussed options and pricing with your husband and would get back to me. Does that ring a bell? For the record, the audio recording of our consultation is on file!
You had left at about 3:15pm after our consultation. Then you left the two negative reviews and fulfilled your promise by texting me at 5:35pm, "Could I schedule for 2/28". Unaware of the negative reviews and refund, I communicated with you through text messages over the next 3 days for your procedures (as shown below). During this time, we had coordinated times and had scheduled appointment (on March 1) for both your eyeliner and lips procedures. When I requested you to send a small deposit online (applicable towards procedures), you started ignoring my messages. After 2 days, your appointment scheduled in March was cancelled for non-payment of deposit. The following images show our text communication.

A few days later, I saw your negative reviews and learned you had received the refund from Groupon. Since the reviews demanded a detailed response with the help of images, it is made available on Gold Permanent Makeup website. Please contact me directly should you have any questions or concerns, or find any part of the response above inaccurate.
